各位同学：

为进一步严肃考风考纪，根据学校相关规定，现将有关事项通知如下：

1.学生在考试前15分钟到达考场，关闭通讯工具，不得携带与考试无关材料。学生证或一卡通放在桌子的右上角以备监考人员检查。开考30分钟后考生不得入场。

2.考试开始后，不得随意起立、走动或做与考试无关的事情。

3.考试中不准相互交谈，有疑问应举手，请求监考人员解释（只限于试卷印刷不清），不得左顾右盼、窥看别人答卷。

4.学生答卷时未经允许不得互借文具、计算器等。

5.开考60分钟后至考试结束前10分钟，若考生答完试卷，可举手报告监考老师并得到同意后交卷离场，其他时间不得提前交卷离场。试卷、答题纸、草稿纸等不得带出考场，离开考场后不得在考场附近逗留、闲谈。

6.考试期间不得离场，离开后不得再次进入考场。如遇身体不适不能完成考试，要与考务人员沟通终止考试。

7.考试结束时，学生应按监考人员指定的方式及时交卷。交卷（收卷）过程中，学生应保持安静，不得与他人说话。在监考人员清点试卷无误后，学生方可离开考场。

如学生在考试中有违纪、作弊等行为，国际教育学院将依照学校相关管理规定进行严肃处理。

According to the regulations of NPU, in order to improve exam conduct and emphasize exam discipline, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Students should arrive at the exam room 15 minutes before the scheduled start,turn off all communication devices, and must not carry materials (printed or written) related to the exam. A student ID card or ID book shall be placed in the upper right corner of the table for inspection by the invigilator. Students are not allowed to enter the exam room 30 minutes after the start of the exam.

2. After the start of the exam, students are not allowed to stand, walk around or do anything not related to the exam.

3. It is not allowed to talk to each other during the exam. If you have any questions, you should raise your hand and ask the invigilator to explain (only if the question paper is unclearly printed). You must not look around and should not peek at other students’ answers.

4. Students should not borrow stationery, calculators, etc. without permission from the invigilator during the exam.

5. After 60 minutes from the start of the exam to 10 minutes before the end of the exam, if the examinee has completed the exam paper, he/she can raise his/her hand to report to the invigilator and obtain their consent to submit the question paper and then leave the exam room. Outside of this time period, students are not allowed to submit the question paper in advance to leave the exam room.Examination papers, answer sheets, draft papers, etc. shall not be taken out of the exam room. In addition, please do not stay or chat in the vicinity of the exam room after leaving it. 

6. Do not leave the exam room during the exam, and do not enter the exam room again after you leave. If you are unable to complete the test due to physical discomfort, you should communicate with the invigilators to terminate the exam.

7. At the end of the exam, the examinee should submit their papers in a timely fashion in the manner specified by the invigilator. During the question paper submission (collection), students should keep quiet and not speak to others. After the invigilator checks the exam papers, the students can leave the examination room.All students are required to read this document in full, and to follow the instructions provided. 

Failing to follow these instructions may lead to an allegation of cheating or misconduct, which may result in disciplinary action being taken against you. Ignorance of the rules is not an acceptable excuse.
