学历生招生项目报名要求

Application Requirements for Undergraduate Program for International Student in China 

1. 在线填写《武汉工商学院外国留学生入学申请表》

Complete the "WTBU Application Form for Foreign Student Admission" online. 

以下材料以附件形式上传到系统

Please upload the following documents as attachments to the system

1. 本人护照照片页,如在中国,请同时提供签证页和入境章页(护照有效期须晚于2025年10月30日，否则入学后无法办理大学第一学年签证)

Photo page of your passport; if you are in China, please also provide visa pages and entry stamp pages (The passport must be valid after October 30, 2025, otherwise you will not be able to apply for a study visa for the first academic year) 

2.  高中三年官方成绩单（马来西亚学生需提供UEC统考成绩单）

Official high school transcripts for three years（Malaysian students are required to provide the UEC unified examination score report） 

3. 高中毕业证书

High school graduation certificate 

4. 汉语水平考试证书(HSK)四级或以上成绩报告

Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate with a score of level 4 or above 

5. 中文留学学业规划(不少于800字)

A study plan in Chinese for studying in WTBU (no less than 800 words) 

6. 由银行出具的经济证明(不少于10万人民币)或《来华留学担保人保证书》

A financial statement issued by a bank (no less than 100000 RMB) or "Finance Guarantee Certificate"  

7.  《外国人体格检查表》 加盖医院的公章，体检有效期为6个月

"Foreigner Physical Examination Form", stamped with the hospital's official seal, is valid for six months 

8. 由官方出具的无犯罪记录证明或在校期间无违纪违规的证明

Official Noncriminal Record Certificate or No Disciplinary Violations Certificate during the period of study 

9. 获奖证书、校长推荐信等辅助证明材料

Supplementary materials such as award certificates, principal's recommendation letters, etc.

10. 护照照片或1寸登记照

Passport-sized photo or 1-inch ID photo

11. 截至2025年9月1日仍未满18周岁的申请人,须提交《在华监护人公证书》(监护人应为在武汉居住,有经济来源的中国人或外国人)

Applicants who are under 18 years old by September 1, 2025, must submit a "Notarized Document of Guardian in China" (The guardian should be a Chinese or foreigner living in Wuhan with a source of income)

注 NOTE : 

1. 所有材料必须是中文或英文，如果是第三方语言，须提供中文或英文翻译件；

All materials must be in Chinese or English. If the documents are in a third language, Chinese or English translations must be provided.

2. 除上述申请材料外,根据情况我校可要求申请者提供其他补充材料。

In addition to the above application materials, our university may require applicants to provide other supplementary materials based on the situation.
